Waiver Statement I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur to me during the 2012 Fredericksburg Fall Foliage Frolic. I hereby release and hold harmless the sponsors, promoters, and all other persons or entities associated with this event from any and all injury and damages
sustained by me. I acknowledge that I will wear an ANSI, Snell, or ASTM approved bicycle helmet and that I am familiar with the danger involve in such an event, and that there may be holes in the riding surface or
other permanent or temporary obstacles which I must be careful to avoid. I recognize that there will be vehicular traffic along prescribed routes and that I will adhere to Texas State Laws regarding bicycling. I further certify that I am in good physical condition and fully able to participate in this event.
