Saturday, September 17^th:  Meet at Leon Springs Park and Ride at 7:30 a.m. for a 31-mile ride with mostly gently rolling hills and a few more challenging hills on Amman Rd.  The ride will take us through Fair Oaks Ranch and then on to Amman Road towards Boerne.  We will stop at the Bear Moon Bakery on Main St. in Boerne.  (Note:  They ask you not to enter if your shoes have cleats that can scar their wooden floors.)   For those who wish to avoid the hills on Amman Road, but still want a good excuse to eat pastries at the bakery there is a shorter 26 mile option with return with the longer route group.   Directions:  Take IH-10 West to Leon Springs/Boerne Stage Road exit (Exit 551).  Take a left onto the service road and turn left at the traffic light by Rudy’s BBQ.  The Park and Ride will be on your left.
